These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "Player") and ji18 ("ji18," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ji18 online gaming platform available at ji18.vip and any related mobile interfaces, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet through ji18, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

2.1 You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any gaming activity on the ji18 Platform. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. ji18 reserves the right to request government-issued age verification documents at any time.
2.2 By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that the information you have provided regarding your age and identity is accurate and truthful.
2.3 The Platform is intended for use by residents and players physically located in jurisdictions where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the ji18 Platform complies with the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
2.4 ji18 does not accept registrations from players who have been self-excluded, whose accounts have been suspended or closed for violation of these Terms, or who are acting as agents of any third party.
3.1 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ji18 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of balances held therein.
3.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. ji18 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: ji18 is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct identity verification for all registered Members before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds. Acceptable identification documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) ID / PhilSys Card, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, and Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID). Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.
4.1 Deposits: ji18 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed in the Platform cashier. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
4.2 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. ji18 targets GCash and PayMaya withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals typically process within one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.3 All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. ji18 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if fraud, money laundering, or terms violations are suspected.
4.4 Deposits made to the Platform may only be used for participation in games offered on the ji18 Platform. ji18 does not pay interest on deposited funds.
4.5 Currency: All transactions on the ji18 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
5.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ji18 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be stated at the time of the offer. General conditions applicable to all promotions include:
5.2 Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using software to exploit promotion mechanics, or colluding with other players — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
6.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji18 Platform:
6.2 ji18 employs fraud detection, player behavior analysis, and PAGCOR-mandated anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. Suspected violations will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
7.1 All content on the ji18 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface designs, logos, trade names, and written content — is owned by or licensed to ji18 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ji18 Platform content without prior written consent.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ji18 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
8.2 ji18 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We reserve the right to suspend Platform access for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances outside our control, and shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
8.3 In the event of a software or system error that results in a game outcome inconsistent with standard game rules, ji18 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account.
9.1 ji18 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools to help Members manage their gaming activity. Available tools include deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Members who wish to self-exclude may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting ji18 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, you may not register a new account or circumvent the exclusion.

10.1 ji18 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes a breach of these Terms has occurred, where fraud or illegal activity is suspected, or where required by regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
10.2 On account closure, any real-money balance remaining after deduction of voided bonuses and amounts subject to investigation will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable withdrawal processing times.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the ji18 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
11.2 ji18 operates under a PAGCOR-regulated framework. Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through official channels.
