11.1 The ji18 Platform is strictly intended for users who are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR regulations. ji18 does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
11.2 If ji18 discovers or is notified that a registered account belongs to a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the account, void any winnings, and return deposited funds to the original payment method, subject to verification. If you believe a minor has registered on the Platform, please contact our support team immediately.
12.1 ji18 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, Platform features, or applicable law. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
